April - May 15th 2026 Discounted Membership Details
Grab an Early Bird Special before they are gone on May 15th. All memberships include a refundable $100 Member Participation Fee. All members are required to work a total of four (4) hours consisting of either gate keeping duty or work party assignments. Members may opt-out by choosing not to complete their gatekeeping or work party requirement, however the $100 Gate Keeper fee will not be refunded. And thank you for supporting Cloverdale Cabana Club.
Membership categories & pricing are defined as follows:
NFM-875
NEW Family Membership:
Two parents and children (living at home). Adult children not living at home must pay a $5 guest fee. Please note that New Family Memberships also include a ONE TIME maintenance fee.
NEW FAMILY MEMBERSHIP:
2026 $875 ($775 member fee + $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee = $875).
2026 Early Bird Discount - $775 ($675 member fee+ $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee + $775).
**Sign-up for a pre-opening work party day(s), and the $100 Member Participation Fee will be waived. You will be invoiced for $675. This offer ends on April 15th.
RFM-775
Returning Family Membership
Two parents and children (living at home) comprise a family unit. Adult children not living at home must pay a $5 guest fee.
RETURNING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP:
2026 $775 ($675 member fee + $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee = $775).
2026 Early Bird Discount $675 ($575 member fee + $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee + $675).
**Sign-up for a pre-opening work party day(s), and the $100 Member Participation Fee will be waived. You will be invoiced for $575. This offer ends on April 15th.
NIPC-600
NEW Individual / 1 Parent + 1 Child
Single parent - divorced, widowed or unmarried with one (1) child living at home. For each additional child, add $50, maximum of three (3) children. Four (4) or more children requires a Family Membership. Adult child not living at home pays $5 guest fee.
$100 Fully Refundable Member Participation Fee Included:
- 1 Parent + 1 Child $600 Total
- 1 Parent + 2 Kids $650 Total (call for special invoicing)
2026 $600 ($500 new member fee + $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee = $600).
2026 Early Bird Discount $500 ($400 member fee + $100 Refundable Member Participation Fee + $500)

Senior Membership/No Children
We honor our seniors. Single or couple. No children at home. Eldest spouse must be 62 or older. For a Senior Couple, add $50 and request an invoice

All guests must be in the company of a paid member and pay a $5 guest fee. Note: Nannies and grandparents supervising small children of paid members (If not swimming) are FREE. For your convenience, we have added the Pay Guests Fees Online feature. If you preplan your visits, pay online and print out the receipt and insert in the Guest Fees Box located at the pump room door (straight ahead when you enter from the Radford Drive side).

- Help out at Work Parties
- Pool maintenance like testing and recording the the water, sweeping/vacuuming the pool (requires some training) will help get your $200 Gatekeeper Fee back.
- Have special skills? Let us know. Some skills are so unique (and useful to us) that we may completely refund your membership for the year.
