This flat rate fee includes all membership plans, including "New Family" (normally  $875)

All members are required to pay a $200 Member Participation Fee that you can earn back if you help out around the club.  Cloverdale is volunteer driven, and the fee helps member do their part in keeping operating costs down.  Normally, all membership packages include the $200  Member Participation Fee, but during this promotion, is is waived.

All new members aree required to pay a one time $100 Maintenance Fee.  During this promotion, the $100 Mainjtenance Fee s WAIVED.  And the best part is that when you return next season, you will qualify as a RETURNING MEMBER.  Instant $100 savings.
